Run the Games for Windows Marketplace Client, sign in to your account you have registered your Fable III game to and choose to download all your Fable III DLCs linked to your account. Then download and install the new Games for Windows Marketplace Client which you can download here: *Microsoft Games for Windows Live redistributable
So my method below that worked before might not work now. It seems something happened as of September 16, 2014, that now a lot of gamers are unable to get GFWM to work because it is unable to access the Games for Windows Live Sign-in ID Assistant. Update! Before you read the below mentioned.
